„Le café, c'est comme le bon vin – une passion“

History and philosophy of the CAFÉ DE BORDEAUX

For us, coffee is an art of living inseparable from romance. More than anyone else, French people are reputed worldwide for their manners - the art of enjoying life. Of course, coffee is part of it. For this reason, the most beautiful love stories begin with a coffee, and not only in Paris - mostly in the small café which is situated on the most pleasant square in Bordeaux. After dinner we will serve you the traditional strong and black coffee (Expresso).

In November 2012, UNESCO registered the French gourmet meal and it’s coffee into the cultural heritage of humanity, honouring a long-time tradition.

Just like in Bordeaux, we choose wine that we like, according to the blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties (left bank or right bank). The spirit of the CAFÉ DE BORDEAUX  is the same, a subtle mix of coffee beans arriving from the high plateau (Arabica and Robusta) in different quantities for a unique blend.

So in memory of the Café de Bordeaux from the famous Place de la Comédie in the thirties, we have lovingly created, during a few afternoons with our coffee merchant, two kinds of coffee (Espresso, Crema & Arabica) which honour Bordeaux and it’s coffee. Both of which allow an ideal finish to a delicious meal. We never forget the last impression…

It is sad to see how many offices are equipped with simple coffee machines that give a tasteless and lukewarm coffee which we drink at any moment of the journey. At first, too light, it evaporates after few hours and it ends reheated at the microwave. Sadly, it is what happens most often at the office every day.

Other have discovered expansive capsules that they buy every month which is equal to many packets of coffee non-capsulated, dreaming that they are carrying a nice man to the back of their Renault Clio.

Give pleasure to your customers, your co-workers and at the same time to yourself and let us help you to choose your coffee and an expresso machine with an elegant et decorative design.

On demand, the Café de Bordeaux delivers the expresso machine, cups Café de Bordeaux, sugar sticks and, for the soul and spirit, our little chocolate bars or the Nemenems of Cheffanny.

Because a modern office should necessarily have an expresso machine and a deliciously perfumed coffee. The Café de Bordeaux is here! Use the elegance of our coffee to break the ice with your customers.

We work with the producer Saeco whose machines are renowned not only for their technical perfection, but also for the elegance of their design.
